Badge Instructions
Welcome to NAMICon 2023! Below are instructions to print your badge when you arrive at the Minneapolis Convention Center. QR code scanners are setup just outside of the Ballroom. We’ll also have a Registration desk, just in case you need us.
How to Print Your Badge
When you walk up, have your personalized QR code printed out or pulled up on your phone. You will see the screen below on the scanner.
There will be a QR scanner next to the laptop at the e-pass badge printing station. You will be able to scan your QR code there, and the badge will print.
If you do not have the QR code, you can simply touch the screen and type in the first 3 letters of your last name and hit search. Below is the screen you will see if you choose this option.
From here, select Print Badge and wait for printing to complete.
