What is the Community Hub? I’m not familiar with that term.
The Community Hub is the name for our Exhibit Hall at NAMICon 2023.
Where is the Community Hub located for NAMICon 2023?
The Community Hub is located at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Exhibit Hall C.
What is the Exhibitor Schedule for move-in and move-out?
You’ll be provided with an Exhibitor Kit after you register with all the details.
What’s included in my booth?
Each 10 x 10 Standard Booth includes: 8’ navy back drape, 3’ navy side drapes, (1) 6’ skirted table, (2) side chairs, (1) wastebasket, and (1) black and white 6” X 24” ID sign. Your booth also includes 3 staff passes.
Is WiFi provided inside the exhibit hall?
Yes, WiFi is available for all attendees in both the Community Hub and the Convention Center Meeting Room spaces. However, if you need internet for your exhibit booth, you will need to order it through Smart City. Please see page two in the Exhibitor kit for the link to Smart City. You’ll need to create your Smart City account, then you’ll choose the facility and then the event.
Where can I order services and materials for my booth?
All services can be ordered from the Exhibitor Kit. You must be a confirmed exhibitor in order to establish an account to place your orders.
Will I have access to a business center?
Yes! The Minneapolis Convention Center has a UPS Business Center on site.
Where can Exhibitors park?
There are numerous parking ramps near the Minneapolis Convention Center. Click here for more information.
I need to ship items to NAMICon. How do I do that?
Details about shipping are included in the Exhibitor Kit. Please note, there is an Advance Warehouse for early shipments (highly recommended) that will start accepting freight on Tuesday, April 25. To avoid late charges, the Advance Warehouse must receive your freight by EOD on Tuesday, May 16. The last day the Advance Warehouse will accept material is Monday, May 22; you will be charged a late fee, but your freight will be in your booth at the start of exhibitor move in. If absolutely necessary, shipments may also be received directly at the Minneapolis Convention Center for an additional fee, only ON Wednesday, May 24.
Can I use my preferred shipping company? Or must I ship with the company noted in the Exhibitor Kit?
Yes, you can use any company that you would like to ship materials to NAMICon.
I’m interested in ordering catering for my booth. How do I do that?
Once you are an approved Exhibitor, you will be provided the Exhibitor Kit for the Minneapolis Convention Center Order Portal to place your orders for Catering.
My company does not have an Exhibitor Booth planned at NAMICon, but we are still interested in a Sponsored activity during the conference. Can we do that?

My company doesn’t have an existing trade show booth. Can I rent an exhibit booth?
Yes, we have several options for rental booths. Please see the Exhibitor Prospectus for more information. We can even work with you on a custom booth if you wish.
